2) Click Schedule a Redelivery ( if your package has been sent back) or Change Of Address ( If there is an insufficient address)

3) Contact USPS directly to inform them of this change, contact them here: 1-800-275-8777

4) Contact our customer service team, to notify us of the incident, after all steps are completed. Our shipping team and customer service team will work with you to resolve this issue.
