Unwanted return
Please note that returns can be requested within 14 days after receiving the package.
We will review your return request within 2 business day.
You will receive an email with the return instructions once your request is approved.
Returns must be sent back to our logistic center in Seoul (shipping fee is at the customer's expense)

Important: if there is an issue with your order (wrong/defective item) contact directly our customer service with your order number and pictures so we can assist you.
Refund
Refund:
We do not offer exchange, you will be refunded within 7 days after we receive your returned package.
Please note if you are returning your entire order, please include free items (socks, stickers, mug etc) in your return.
Refund options
Gift Card refund:
Under 10 items returned: You will be refunded the full paid amount for the merchandise (the shipping fee is not refundable, minimum order discount will be deducted)
Over 10 Items returned: You will be refunded the full paid amount for the merchandise minus a $2 restock fee per item to gift card.
Credit Card refund:
You will be refunded the full paid amount for the merchandise minus a $2 restock fee per item , for any amount of items returned (the shipping fee is not refundable, minimum order discount will be deducted).
Restocking Fee Amount:
For returns involving 10 items or more, a restocking fee of $2 per item will be applied to each returned item.
